Job Details:

Position: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience:1-3 years

Office Time: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.

2. Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.

3. Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e. From Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc., to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals.

4. Experience in working with OPT/CPT ,H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.

5. Knowledge on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).

6. Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and

getting them into projects accordingly.

7. Having a good Database & Rapport with Tier 1 Vendors, Vendors & clients.

8. Expert in Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn

etc. and also other networking Methods.

9. Ability to do H1 Transfers.

10. Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral & Written).

11. Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.

Qualifications:

• Must have 1-3 years of bench Sales experience.
• Must have good communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Knowledge of visa, classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD and TN Visa.
