Job description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT staffing and be skilled in marketing bench consultants, negotiating rates, and ensuring successful placements. You will play a crucial role in maximizing the utilization of our bench resources by securing projects for our consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Bench Marketing:
Identify and market bench consultants to potential clients.
Understand the skills, experience, and goals of bench consultants to find suitable job opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and tier-1 companies to identify potential job openings.
Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide qualified candidates.
Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients and vendors.
Coordinate interviews between clients and bench consultants, following up to ensure feedback and next steps.
Consultant Management:
Maintain strong relationships with bench consultants, keeping them informed about job opportunities and market trends.
Prepare consultants for interviews, providing them with necessary details about job requirements and client expectations.
Database Management:
Maintain an updated database of all bench consultants, including their skills, experience, availability, and feedback from previous interviews.
Track job orders and consultant submissions in internal systems.
Networking & Market Research:
Leverage personal networks, job portals, social media, and other resources to find job opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest trends in the IT staffing industry, including demand for specific skills and technologies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience (2+ years) in bench sales recruitment, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
Strong understanding of the U.S. staffing market, immigration processes, and employment types (W2, 1099, C2C).
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and market demands.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Personal Attributes:
Highly motivated and target-oriented.
Strong networking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
