Duties/Responsibilities:

• Hunting riders / delivery boys & onboarding in the assigned cluster.
• Manage end to end sourcing, onboarding for First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile blue collar workforce Pan India
• Ensure the target are achieved in TAT.
• Should have a good Vendor Network Online & Offline to generate leads across the country
• Need to align for regular refresher training in coordination with Training Team.
• Contingent situation handling – Shipment Loss, COD issue, Uninformed leaves, etc.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Good Excel knowledge.

2. English and Regional Language fluency is Must. 

3. 1+ Years’ Experience.

4. Geographical Knowledge.
