Job Description
- Perform analysis of requirements provided by various stake holders and perform detailed documentation of same.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze and document solutions that meet business requirements and align with business objectives.
- Assess the current state, identify business requirements and define future state (business solution) using Computer System Validation.
- Identify Opportunities for process improvement and solution optimization.
- Use appropriate Project Management Tools, Documentation tools and Modeling tools to effectively document and communicate requirements to all stakeholders.
- Implement robust Change Management process with necessary documentation and approvals.
- Participate in QA activities which will involve Test Script design/execution and defect management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or any equivalent degree
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in Documentation and Analytical skills to gather, analyze and document business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
- Proactive approach to identify and implement process improvements.
- Experience and understanding of QA process for Mobile Applications.
- Understanding of basic technical concepts involved in designing Mobile Applications and their backend systems.
- Previous experience with Mobile Applications and Ecommerce platforms is a plus.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
