Job Description

- Ability to research, create and present plans, analysis technical reports to
- executive team members by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Ability to analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ability to monitors projects progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Ability to use a variety of data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights. Skills/ Experience:
- Expertise in business requirement analysis requirement gathering, documentation, etc.
- Expertise in SQL and Databases
- Strong proficiency in writing SRS and functional documentation, test coverage, etc. Expertise in UI/UX design
- Capable of interacting with technical and functional teams and communicating challenges and risks
- Must be a good team player and a quick learner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good to have:
- Knowledge Adobe XD or other prototyping tools
- Self-motivated to learn new products and tools in the BI/BA/UI area
- Education: Bachelors or higher degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Should have 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Accounting, IT or any related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in maintaining issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
