Job Description
- Responsibilities
- Analyze the business requirements and design solutions using various data analysis and organization tools.
- Work directly with the clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and provide feedback and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the web development, backend, and device teams to ensure the integration and functionality tool
- Create and present reports and documentation to support the analysis and solutions.
- Conduct research and identify new technologies and methods to improve the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems related to the system
- Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or related role
- Experience with Reltio MDM or Informatica MDM
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for requirements gathering through stories, managing releases, priorities, and collaboration.
- Proficient in data analysis and organization tools such as Excel.
- Familiar with web technologies such as React.js, AWS, RESTful APIs, etc.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
