Assist the founders to ensure all day-to-day objectives are achieved, by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Conduct research on current gaming industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to support strategic decision-making.
Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and other documents as required.
Assist in preparing for meetings, including compiling agendas and briefing materials.
Maintain and organize legal documents, client files, and other confidential information.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the founders, which may include market analysis, process improvement, or client outreach initiatives.
Act as a liaison between the founders and internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Assist in coordinating with the tech, product, and marketing teams to build and launch new products, build strategic partnerships and market research. Basically, establish and track progress across multiple projects (Objectives and Key Results, etc..) and work with stakeholders across functions.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the founders office.
Plan and organize events as and when needed.
Work closely with various teams within the organization, including marketing, product development, and finance, to gather input and align research efforts.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Previous internship experience, preferably in early-stage or seed-stage startups, with strong documentation skills and keen attention to detail
