FlexCube QA Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled FlexCube QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in testing Oracle FlexCube core banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test planning, execution, automation, and defect management within banking environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Oracle FlexCube applications.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing to ensure quality assurance.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or other defect tracking tools.
• Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, UFT, or Tosca to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Validate FlexCube configurations, enhancements, and customizations in compliance with business requirements.
• Work on SWIFT, Payment, Loans, and other banking modules for end-to-end testing.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or RestAssured.
• Ensure adherence to best testing practices, compliance standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in QA Testing for Oracle FlexCube applications.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, core banking modules, and workflows.
• Experience in test automation using Selenium, UFT, Tosca, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience in SQL queries for database validation.
• Experience in API testing using Postman, SOAP UI, or RestAssured.
• Knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in FlexCube UBS/FlexCube Direct Banking modules.
• Experience in performance testing using LoadRunner or JMeter.
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
• Knowledge of banking regulatory compliance and security requirements.
