Test across pages on large-scale websites and across devices/screens: desktop, tablet, mobile, and top user browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman to validate endpoints, responses, and integrations.
Find, track, and report bugs related to layout, UI, fit and finish, functionality, and speed/performance.
Candidate should have experience managing and resolving support tickets in "Microsoft DevOps.
Test the capture and flow of form data across the entire process.
Ensure seamless integration and functionality of APIs, including error handling and edge case validation.
Maintain great attention to detail without compromising quality.
Possess a mindset to identify vulnerabilities and attempt to "break" the system.
Ensure high-quality digital experiences by identifying opportunities to refine and enhance user interactions.

Strong experience handling and resolving support tickets in "Microsoft DevOps.
Solid UI/UX background with a strong intuition for design and usability improvements.

Understanding and implementation of QA best practices and testing strategies, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman for validating REST and SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with testing API endpoints, query parameters, headers, authentication, and response payloads.
Good understanding of Functional Automation testing using Selenium and Java (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity in reporting and issue resolution.
Passion for emerging web technologies, mobile web, and digital innovation.
Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent user experiences.
Basic understanding of performance testing and optimization techniques.
