Job Title: MEP Engineer

l Develop and review detailed designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.

l Conduct feasibility studies and create cost estimates for MEP systems.

l Oversee and coordinate the installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring timely project execution.

l Inspect MEP installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

l Perform quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) to ensure all MEP systems meet or exceed project requirements.

l Conduct regular safety checks and implement preventive measures to reduce the risk of accidents.

l Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on building MEP systems.

l Troubleshoot issues with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences.

l Maintain accurate records of designs, changes, and maintenance activities.

l Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and organizational requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• + years of experience in MEP design and project management.
• Proficiency in MEP software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and knowledge of local building codes.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems design and installation.
• Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) tools, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
