We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Data
Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will utilize a variety
of analytical tools and platforms such as SQL, Tableau, Snowflake,
Airflow, Python, and Spark to extract, clean, and analyze large data
sets, providing meaningful insights that drive key business decisions.
As the Lead Data Analyst, you will also play a crucial role in leading a
team of data professionals, ensuring project delivery, and driving the
development of self-service analytics tools for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Manipulation & Cleaning-
Use SQL, Python, and Spark to process, manipulate, and clean raw
data for accurate reporting and in-depth analysis.
Business Trend Identification-
Analyze large data sets to identify key trends, patterns, and
anomalies, providing actionable business recommendations based
on findings.
Visualization Development-
Build interactive visualizations in Tableau to enable self-service data
exploration and business decision-making.
Self-Service Data Sources-
Design and develop self-service data sources within Tableau that
empower users to independently answer critical business questions.
Analysis Presentation-
Present clear and concise analyses with actionable insights to senior
management and business stakeholders, driving data-informed
strategies.
KPI Development-
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that support
data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related
quantitative field.

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or related
analytical role, with demonstrated experience in leading and
mentoring a team.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and either Python or Spark for
data analysis and visualization.
- Hands-on experience working with relational databases and cloud
data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), including experience with data
pipelines and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to
lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present
complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
