Business Development Manager

Business Development Executive duties and responsibilities:

• Understanding and Working Experience with staffing companies servicing Tier -I and Tier-II IT Consulting companies e.g. Infosys, Capgemini, TCS etc
• Must be confident and knowing entire process and Life cycle of System Integration (SI) clients and work standards.
• Ability to develop connections with Client Managers in order to bring new business
• Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients
• Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
• Collaborating with management on sales goals

Business Development Executive requirements and qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Comp Science, Computer Applications OR Degree in Business & Marketing with Diploma in Computer Applications
• 1 to 3 years of sales, business development or similar experience with IT staffing companies servicing Tier-I & Tier-II IT Consulting companies
• Experience with VMS and ATS and knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to sell value and create credibility
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Enthusiastic about learning technology landscape & building good working relationships with people
