We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and dedicated Telecaller to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a bachelors degree and basic English communication skills, who are eager to assist customers with queries and resolve complaints effectively. Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, addressing product-related queries, concerns, and complaints. Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem, offering appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a record of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the system. Ensure that customer feedback is escalated to the relevant departments for further action, if necessary. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring that each customer feels valued and heard. Stay updated on product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate responses. Qualifications: Any Bachelor's degree (Any discipline). Basic proficiency in English (both verbal and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Prior experience in customer service or tele calling is a plus but not mandatory. Skills and Competencies: Customer-focused with a keen interest in helping others. Patience and problem-solving ability when handling complaints.
