Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Doing defect free Testing of assembled PCB of medical device.
- Doing visual inspection of assembled PCB.
- Doing test report of job under process.
- Doing necessary inputs for design modification, component change, product alteration for improved performance.
- Doing final assembly mechanical assembly as when required.
- Doing necessary repair retesting in case of material return from calibration quality department.
- Doing necessary changes in software hardware
- Doing LV testing wave form, frequency, voltages checking as per procedure. Transformer soldering on PCB.
- Doing HV Testing wave form, frequency, voltages, power checking as per procedure.
- Doing trouble shooting of boards and reports fill up.
- Maintaining 5 s in day-to-day activities.
- Ensuring quality productivity
- Ensuring 5 s and Kaizen at the workplace
- Ensuring use of safety protective equipment s for the assigned task
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/BE Electronics
