Digital Marketing Expert/Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Head/Expert to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies, managing high-performing teams, and driving brand growth. The Digital Marketing Head/Expert will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing activities, including Google PPC, SEO, SMO, affiliates, social media, meta search, and pay-per-call leads, with a specific focus on the USA market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Performance Marketing:
  
• Oversee PPC campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
• Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Manage SMO strategies to enhance social media presence and engagement.
• Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and drive conversions.
• Oversee meta search marketing efforts to maximize visibility and bookings.
• Pay-Per-Call Leads:
  
• Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality pay-per-call leads.
• Collaborate with partners and platforms to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Brand Building:
  
• Drive brand awareness and positioning through innovative marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand value and customer loyalty.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  
• Analyze marketing performance data and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing metrics and KPIs to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 10-20 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, team management, and brand building.

• Proven experience in PPC, SEO, SMO, affiliate marketing, social media, and meta search.
• Knowledge of pay-per-call lead generation and management.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, analytics tools).
