Vlocity Developer

• 3 years of hands-on experience as a Vlocity Developer, working with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) applications.
• Proficiency in Vlocity components such as OmniScript, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and Vlocity Templates.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customizations, and integrations with external systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and other Vlocity industry solutions is a plus.

Responsibilites:

• Vlocity Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement Vlocity solutions using OmniScript, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and Vlocity Templates to meet business requirements.
• Salesforce Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce applications using Salesforce tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) to meet organizational needs.
• Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Vlocity and standard Salesforce integration methods (REST, SOAP) to ensure seamless data flow.
• Customization & Automation: Build custom solutions like flows, triggers, and process builders for automation and custom business logic in Salesforce.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Vlocity Industry Solutions: Utilize industry-specific knowledge, such as Salesforce CPQ and other Vlocity solutions, to design solutions tailored to specific industries like telecom, insurance, or healthcare.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Debug and troubleshoot issues in both Salesforce and Vlocity applications to ensure functionality and smooth user experience.
• Testing & Optimization: Conduct unit testing of Vlocity components and Salesforce customizations, ensuring they meet business needs and are optimized for performance.
• Documentation: Document the design, development, and implementation process for solutions to ensure maintainability and ease of knowledge transfer.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in Vlocity, Salesforce, and industry-specific solutions, and apply new knowledge to improve development processes.
