Job Title: Salesforce Mid Level Developer

Summary: Salesforce development experience, including hands-on expertise with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and LWCs.

Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Apex programming and Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce object model, security settings, and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with DevOps processes, CI/CD tools, and version control systems.

Duties and responsibilities

• Customization and Development: Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
• Integration: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party apps.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity through effective data migration, cleansing, and validation techniques using tools like Data Loader.
• Process Automation: Implement workflow automation using Flows and Approval Processes.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Address technical issues and resolve bugs to maintain smooth system operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and configurations.
• Compliance and Security: Adhere to Salesforce development best practices and ensure compliance with security standards.
