Job Summary:

The Legal Executive will be responsible for providing legal support to the company,

including drafting and reviewing contracts, legal agreements, and other legal documentation.

The role also involves advising on corporate laws, ensuring legal compliance, and assisting

with various legal matters to support the companys operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements to ensure they comply

with applicable laws and company policies.

• Provide legal advice on corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and other legal

matters.

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of legal compliance

programs.

• Prepare and maintain legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with

legal standards.

• Conduct legal research to support contract drafting, compliance efforts, and risk

management strategies.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all business operations comply with

relevant legal requirements.

• Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting the companys

operations.

• Handle and resolve any legal disputes or issues that arise, in coordination with

external legal counsel if necessary.

• Support the legal department with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
• 0 to 1 years of experience in a legal role, preferably with experience in contract

drafting, corporate law, legal documentation, and legal compliance.

• Excellent knowledge of corporate laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and legal documentation software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
