Location : Bangalore (Client Location: Manyata Tech Park)

Shift Timing : 2nd Shift (to cover India/EU/USA regions)

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in IQVIA OCE-P, CI/CD deployment processes on Salesforce.com, and expertise in Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across multiple regions (India/EU/USA) to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions, including IQVIA OCE-P configurations.

- Manage CI/CD deployment processes and workflows in Salesforce.com.

- Optimize and maintain Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud applications.

- Collaborate with cross-regional teams to identify and implement system improvements.

- Provide technical expertise for integrations, customizations, and enhancements within the

Salesforce ecosystem.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless functionality.

Required Skills :

- 9-15 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with deep expertise in IQVIA OCE-P.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud.

- Proven experience with CI/CD deployment processes in Salesforce.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration tools.

- Experience working across regions (India/EU/USA) in a global team environment.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.

Certifications :

- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, or equivalent) are mandatory.
