Call Center Team Leader SaaS Sales
(Hybrid 3 days WFH/ 3 days WFO)

Are you a leader with a passion for driving results in a sales-driven environment?
We are looking for a dynamic Call Center Team Leader to manage and inspire a team of 5+ Business Development Associates (BDAs) who are focused on selling our cutting-edge SaaS product, AUTOSherpa CRM.


What You'll Do:

Team Management:

  • Supervise a team of 5+ BDAs to ensure they meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Manage shift schedules and monitor adherence to time and attendance policies.

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Align team activities with the company's sales goals and objectives.
  • Track daily call metrics and ensure lead qualification, follow-ups, and closures are executed effectively.
  • Ensure proper utilization of CRM tools like Zoho (Bigin) CRM and dialer platforms to streamline workflows.

Training and Development:

  • Provide on-the-job training for BDAs to improve communication skills, objection handling, and product knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Prepare and present daily/weekly performance reports to the management.
  • Analyze call data and identify areas for improvement in processes or strategies.

Customer Engagement Oversight:

  • Ensure that all team members maintain a high level of professionalism during customer interactions.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints effectively.


Were looking for people who have -

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams to achieve goals.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset to track metrics and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (experience with Zoho/Bigin/Hubspot CRM is a plus).

Personality Traits:

  • Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead by example.
  • Results-Driven: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Quick to adjust to dynamic sales environments.


Compensation Plan


Freshers: 1-3-month training period with stipend.
Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 (including variable pay).
Experienced Candidates: Attractive compensation with limitless growth potential.
