We are a rapidly growing IT Solutions & Services provider Company. We are looking for experienced and dedicated individual to join our Technology team.

Designation : Technical Specialist

Working Knowledge on Technology/ Product (Any One is must): F5, Radware, Imperva

Location: Mumbai (All Area) / Belapur

Mode of Work: On Field / Onsite

Experience 3 to 10 years

Vacancy :

L1 - 5 Openings

L2 - 5 Openings

Tasks include:

• Intermediate Troubleshooting of network related incidents (link outages, peer outages, router/switch/firewall hardware failures, multicast and broadcast issues, network performance issues).
• Responsible for managing /configuring / Troubleshooting Load Balancers/ Web Application Firewall
• Ability for preparing SOP.
• Work and resolve incidents with proper technical update and artefacts
• Preparing Plan of actions for Activities and New features.
• Working closely with customer IT team and collaborating with other IT staff
• Strict adherence to customer policies and processes
• Continuous guidance to team.
• Additional duties may be assigned as required

Core Competencies :

• Load Balancer ( F5 / Netscaler/ Array / Radware/Citrix etc)
• WAF ( F5/ Netscaler / Radware/Citrix etc)
• Security Terminologies
• Security concepts
• Ability to adapt/improvise and take ownership

Technical Experience:

• Degree qualified in a relevant field (B.E, B. Tech, Computer graduate) or equivalent experience in Implementation & troubleshooting on Load balancer / Web Application Firewall is essential.
• Relevant Certification will be advantageous.

• Should be confident handling client interactions whenever needed
• Should have good knowledge of load balancing techniques & concepts LTM, Monitoring etc.
• Should analyse, implement and maintain the networks F5 and NetScaler Load Balancer infrastructure.
• Ability to work with all levels of individuals.
• Good with Escalation matric know how
• Ability to articulate complex technical ideas.
• Ability to forecast accurately.
