Manager - Financial Analytics

Position Overview: The Financial Analyst for IT will be responsible for managing financial processes, including invoice processing, payments, and maintaining accurate records for IT functions and major projects. This role requires a strong focus on cost transparency, financial reporting, and the operationalization of cost recharge models. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient handling of financial data and provide monthly financial results and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice and Payment Processing:
  • Handle the processing of invoices and payments for all IT functions on a monthly basis.
  • Manage the processing of invoices and payments for major IT projects not managed by the PMO, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Cost Transparency:
  • Maintain orderly information to enable cost transparency for regions.
  • Define, monitor, and operationalize the “Hub” costs recharge model, ensuring it is transparent and based on factual data.
• Financial Reporting:
  • Provide monthly IT financial results.
  • Follow and report on financial forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within an IT environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial reporting and budgeting.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IT financial management.
• Familiarity with cost recharge models.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
