Consultant – CSR & ESG

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing strategies that align with our organizational values, regulatory requirements, and global sustainability standards. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing impactful CSR programs, driving ESG performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and laws.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CSR and ESG, coupled with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage complex projects, and deliver measurable outcomes. This role is critical to advancing our sustainability goals and enhancing community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategies that align with the company’s mission, values and business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate CSR Partner (s), coordinate due diligence of CSR partner.
• Prepare CSR/ESG activity calendar, coordinate volunteer opportunities and drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of social responsibility.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR/ESG initiatives, providing data-driven insights for improvement, prepare and present reports to stakeholders, as required.
• Collaborate with global and internal stakeholders to align CSR efforts with ESG reporting requirements.
• Share regular communications on CSR/ESG activities and achievements while promoting awareness and engagement in CSR/ESG initiatives among employees and the broader community.
• Coordinate budget planning and resource allocation for CSR programs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, through audits, inspections, and assessments.
