Job Description

We are seeking a Wet Utilities Planner with 5 to 10 years experience, to contribute to the master planning of wet utility systems,.

The candidate will focus on developing strategic plans and providing high-level solutions for wet utilities such including water treatment and distribution, sewer collection and treatment, stormwater management, and drainage networks and green-blue infrastructure within the context of large-scale developments and infrastructure projects.]

Responsibilities:

Develop master plans for wet utility systems, considering factors such as population growth, land use, environmental regulations, and infrastructure capacity.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing wet utility infrastructure and identify areas for improvement, expansion, or rehabilitation.
Prepare conceptual layouts and preliminary designs for wet utility systems, focusing on overall system efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other planning disciplines (eg, transportation, land use) to ensure integrated and coordinated infrastructure development.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials to effectively convey master planning recommendations to stakeholders.
Prioritize work to meet project deliverables on time.
Coordinate with other planning disciplines for quality delivery.

Qualifications:

bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in wet utilities planning.
Understanding of wet utility infrastructure design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
