Senior Developer - Business Solutions

• Develop and maintain solutions using standard platform functionality, including but not limited to: Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, ACL's, Client Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, Custom Tables, Report, transform maps, database views ,Server Side Scripting.
• Ability to automate application logic using Scheduled Script executions, events and notifications.
• Work closely with ServiceNow functional team to ensure break fix solutions, meet technical guidelines
• Loads, modifies and maintains data between ServiceNow and another Platforms.
• Create NeedIt apps using Flow Designer to automate task.
• Rest Integration (inbound / Outbound Integration). Create, Test and debug integrations
• Ensures that ServiceNow standard practices are utilized for all configuration and customizations.
• Creates ServiceNow reports and Dashboards by visualization of complex data and performing analytics
• Use ServiceNow Test Framework for Test driven development and other testing requirement.
• Perform troubleshooting and benchmarking in the ServiceNow instance.
• Authoring and maintaining technical documentation.
• Excellent level of Java Scripting experience.
• Develop integration design to support functional design including full documentation of methods, data transfers and error checking.
• Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills
• Ability to work with cross Functional and cross regional teams.
