Job Description
Regional Audiologist

What will you do?
As a Senior Executive - Audiology, you will be responsible for training external customers on audiology, technology, products, and dispensing. You will provide fitting support for customers both onsite and online, offer technical support on fitting hearing aids, and perform customer support visits. Additionally, you will support technical functions and maintain constant interaction with external customers to build trust and maintain good relations.
What you bring?
Strong technical and process knowledge -
- Education Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc in Audiology or BASLP/MASLP from a reputed institution/university.
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the area of audiology, hearing aids, and dispensing.
- Experience in training external customers on audiology, technology, products, and dispensing.
- Proficiency in providing fitting support for customers both onsite and online.
- Technical support experience in fitting hearing aids.
- Ability to perform customer support visits and support technical functions.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Windows and Office applications.
Collaboration and responsibility
- Maintain constant interaction with external customers to build trust and maintain good relations.
- Communicate with key stakeholders on audiology plans.
- Work with colleagues to design specific strategies for audiology improvements.
- Adhere to audiology schedules and own the responsibility for the quality of service delivered.
Soft skills
- Zeal to explore knowledge on domain and technology.
- Self-driven and committed to quality.
