Job Description
Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

What will you do?
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new business initiatives, service lines, or cost-reduction opportunities.
- Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, distilling and synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risks, and communicating key messages to senior leadership.
What you bring?
Strong financial and analytical skills -
- Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance.
- Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and improving financial models.
- Ability to analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Experience in identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to act as a liaison between finance and other departments.
- Proficiency in conducting ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Experience in leading monthly and quarterly management reporting.

- Communicate with key stakeholders on financial plans.
- Work with colleagues to design specific strategies for financial improvements.
- Adhere to financial schedules and own the responsibility for the quality of financial reports delivered.
