Job Description

Why were hiring:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Informatica IICS Technical Product Owner/Delivery Manager to lead our data integration initiatives. As a key member of our data team, you will be responsible for defining product vision, managing delivery, and ensuring the successful implementation of data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

What youll be doing:

Product Ownership:

Product Vision: Define and articulate the product vision for IICS solutions, aligning with business objectives.
Product Backlog: Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a clear strategy for development.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Release Planning: Plan and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionalities.

Delivery Management:

Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data integration projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the delivery of projects.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through rigorous testing and validation.
Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency.

Technical Expertise:

Informatica IICS: Deep understanding of IICS components and best practices.
Data Integration: Strong knowledge of data integration concepts, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with IICS.
Data Governance: Adherence to data governance policies and standards.
