RPosition: Architect F&B and QSR Projects

Experience: 3-7 years (experience in F&B and QSR projects preferred)

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution & Coordination:

○ Lead the execution of F&B and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) projects

from inception to completion.

○ Supervise site activities, ensuring timely progress and adherence to quality

standards.

○ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and on-site teams for seamless project

delivery.

2. Design & Layout Planning:

○ Create and optimize layouts for F&B and QSR spaces, ensuring compliance

with operational needs and brand guidelines.

○ Work collaboratively with the design and operations team to finalize

functional, aesthetically pleasing, and efficient layouts.

3. MEP Understanding and Execution:

○ Interpret Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings for on-site

implementation.

○ Work with MEP consultants to resolve design and execution challenges.

○ Ensure that all MEP installations align with project requirements and industry

standards.

4. Market Knowledge & Material Procurement:

○ Conduct market research on material rates, availability, and quality.

○ Assist in selecting cost-effective materials while maintaining quality

benchmarks.

○ Provide insights into the latest market trends and materials specific to F&B

and QSR requirements.

5. Costing and Rate Analysis:

○ Perform detailed rate analysis and assist in budget preparation for various

projects.

○ Monitor costs during execution to ensure projects stay within the approved

budget.

6. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

○ Negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and quality.

○ Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors for future

projects.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

○ Prepare BOQs, work schedules, and progress reports.

○ Maintain accurate project documentation for internal reviews and client

presentations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp & Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration into design.
• Excellent knowledge of material selection, market rates, and cost analysis.
• Hands-on experience in layout planning for F&B and QSR chains.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve site-level challenges.
• Familiarity with local building codes, food safety, and industry regulations.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Additional certifications in project management, MEP, or interior design are a plus.
