To ensure perfect Customer Service & Product Quality by ensuring & adhering to the brandss SOPs along with maintaining Training Standards & Culture in the Restaurant.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description Performance Indicators
Operations
- Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing
- Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment,
forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
- Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to
minimize expenses
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
- Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health,
safety, and sanitation standards
- Ensure all employees are working within the operating
standards
- Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
- Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to
according to sanitary regulations
- Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
- Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends
and improve sales
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding the
handling of cash, property, products and equipment
- Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and
order products as necessary - 100% compliance
Customer Service
- Conducting OJTs at the Restaurant to ensure 100% Quality
Product & Customer Service
- Weekly Class room Sessions based on the TEI
performance
- Behavioural Training sessions for frontlines
- Further integrating Customer concerns handling
- Conducting Store level Competitions on the Product
Quality
Training & Development
- Conducting Inductions for On-boarding Store Team
- Strengthening Restaurant Team on companys SOP
- Strengthening Training Culture in the Restaurant
- Maintaining & Adhering Training Matrix
- 100% SOCs timely completion & certification
- Sharing Monthly / Weekly Calendars & Monthly Training
Dashboard
- Check & Ensuring Store Teams Aggregator Knowledge
Maintaining & enforcing RAPL usage & Registrations
