Job Description
- Develop an extensive working knowledge of the WFX product suite.
- Provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and on-site training.
- Coordinate new customer implementations, providing effective training to maximize use of the software.
- Develop training materials for WFX implementation.
- Provide end-user application support via chat, phone and email.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and provide solutions.
- Facilitate problem-solving between end user and WFX development staff.
- Participate with WFX development staff in testing new releases of the product.
- Develop working relationship with WFX Sales Marketing staff to utilize product knowledge and customer relationships in support of sales efforts
