Designing an exciting and effective curriculum to teach and evaluate soft skills for a simulated learning experience
Identifying the hiring needs of employers to develop learning outcomes that enable learners to succeed and be employable in today s workplace.
Developing creative storylines for the simulation that aligns with learning outcomes and educational standards.
Integrating innovative teaching methods into the curriculum to create a dynamic and engaging learning experience.
Ensuring that the curriculum is suitable for all learners, including those from tier 2/3 cities and category B or C institutions.
Conducting research on skills training, including the latest trends, developments, and best practices.
Collaborating with other departments, such as Operations and the Content Writer, to ensure that the curriculum is delivered effectively and contents are grasped by learners.
Continuously monitoring and evaluating the curriculums effectiveness, making improvements and adjustments as necessary.
Skills / Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in instructional design or teaching, prior corporate experience would be an added advantage.
A passion for learning and a desire to help others succeed.
Ability to create narratives that reflect true workplace environments.
Adaptable to non-conventional methods of teaching with knowledge of various instructional design models.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative storylines and tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills to understand what clicks with a younger audience and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Flexible and adaptable to changing program needs and learner needs.
