Work Timings : Regular Working Hours ; 5 days a week
CTC : Industry Standards
Education : Graduate with MBA
Experience : 7+ yrs
Functional Skills : Sales & Business Development - International Markets, Client acquisition, Export Sales, B2B sales, Private Label, Nut spreads
Managerial Skills : Team player, Strong Interpersonal, presentation & communication skills
Key Competencies : Strong communication, Exposure to International Sales, Private Label willingness to travel
Working Conditions : Regular Working hours ; This role involves travel within and outside the country
Role & Responsibilities:
1) Managing Domestic & International Business for Nut spreads division
2) New client acquisition & Development
3) Launching the own Brand in India & Internationally
4) Exposure in organizing and visiting International F&B Events and Trade Fairs
5) Managing existing clients and their sales and doing necessary coordination
6) Experience of handling products of private labelling
7) Pricing and costing in association with costing team
8) Creating and pitching Marketing & Branding face of the organization in front of clients
9) Forming local partnerships in international markets
10) Collaboration with production, Quality and SCM
11) Preparation and maintenance of various MIS and Reports
12) Other such assigned activities
