Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Content Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content and photography in line with the briefs provided by the Digital Content Manager. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative vision to deliver impactful visuals that align with our brand and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager to understand content briefs and objectives.
• Plan, shoot, and produce engaging video content and photographs for various digital platforms.
• Edit video footage using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Enhance and retouch photos using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
• Manage onsite shoots, including setting up equipment, lighting, and ensuring optimal production quality.
• Stay updated on trends in videography, photography, and editing to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in videography and photography
• Hands-on experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Proficiency in photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and composition.
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in creating digital content for social media platforms.
• Knowledge of lighting and sound techniques for video production.
