Job Responsibilities
Video Editing:
● Edit video footage to create high-quality, visually engaging content that aligns with the
clients branding. This includes adding effects, color grading, audio mixing, and
transitions to ensure a seamless final product.
Team Collaboration and Development:
● Work closely with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to ensure the video
aligns with broader campaign goals. Mentor junior editors and contribute to their
professional development.
Quality Assurance & Deadline Adherence:
● Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality in all
video content produced.
● Consistent high-level accuracy is essential, as mistakes in video content can negatively
impact client campaigns.
Experience:
● Professional video editing experience is a plus; however, one year experience with a passion for video editing are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required:
● Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects)
● Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects)
● Strong understanding of video codecs, formats, and resolution management
● Sound design and audio mixing skills
● Ability to work with creative briefs and translate ideas into compelling video content
● Excellent communication skills (especially well versed with English and Hindi) and team
collaboration.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
