Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate must has a strong analytical mind, creative problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Job description: -

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies.
• Identify target audiences and create detailed customer personas.
• Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Write compelling ad copy and work with designers to create engaging visuals.
• Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
• Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad effectiveness.
• Allocate and manage advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and platforms.
• Track spending and adjust budgets based on performance and goals.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.
• Communicate regularly with clients or internal teams to provide updates and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategy.

Required Skill Set:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Ads Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
