About The Role. We are seeking a motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. This is a great opportunity for a quick learner who possesses a strong understanding of design fundamentals and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a desire to contribute to impactful design solutions across various mediums.
Pay Scale. Our budget for the role is INR 20,000 INR 30,000 per month. (solely depends on the work brought to the table). Location.
This is a full-time on-site opportunity. Our office is located at Churchgate, Mumbai. Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior designers to develop creative concepts and execute visual assets for marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, social media graphics, and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work on time. Adapt existing designs and concepts for different platforms and formats while maintaining visual coherence and brand integrity. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new design techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team. Proactively seek feedback and iterate on designs to refine and enhance visual impact and effectiveness.
Requirements. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other design software. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, branding, and design strategy.
A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
