Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing campaigns to promote the hospitals services, specialties, and medical equipment.
  • Work closely with the hospitals internal marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across various channels.
  • Ensure high visibility of hospital offerings at trade events, medical conferences, and healthcare expos.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the healthcare space.
  • Analyze patient demographics, seasonal trends, and sales data to adjust promotional strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize customer insights and market feedback to inform product/service offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with medical suppliers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers to promote hospital services.
  • Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers to align the hospitals offerings with their practice needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the hospital and external vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Organize and manage healthcare-related trade shows, medical seminars, and community outreach programs.
  • Coordinate hospital participation in medical conferences, workshops, and symposiums to promote services to healthcare professionals.
  • Support product launches and campaigns with targeted promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing ROI and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing efforts, such as patient acquisition, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with senior management to adjust trade marketing efforts based on ongoing results.

Preferred candidate profile


  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • MBA or relevant certifications in Healthcare Marketing is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of hospital services, medical technologies, or healthcare-related products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with healthcare professionals, suppliers, and team members.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics.
  • Creativity in developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to work with various teams and external partners.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in healthcare marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
