Key Responsibilities :
For Store Sales Executive / Senior Executive :

Greet and assist customers in-store, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Drive in-store sales by explaining product features and benefits.

Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure the store is well organized.

Handle billing, maintain sales records, and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
For Assistant Store Manager :

Support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations.

Supervise, train, and mentor the store sales team to enhance their performance.

Monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and devise strategies to meet sales targets.

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and oversee product displays.

Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring excellent service delivery.
For Store Manager :

Lead the store team, set objectives, and ensure performance aligns with company goals.

Strategize and execute business development plans to boost store sales.

Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor trends.

Ensure smooth store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive repeat business.

Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Requirements Requirements :
General Qualifications (Applicable to All Roles) :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using POS systems and basic MS Office applications.
Educational Requirements :

Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience :

Store Sales Executive : 02 years of sales experience (freshers are welcome).

Senior Store Sales Executive : 24 years of relevant experience.

Assistant Store Manager : 46 years of retail sales experience with some team management exposure.

Store Manager : 6+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Additional Skills :

Leadership and team management (for managerial roles).

Analytical and decision-making abilities (for managerial roles).

Fluency in local languages is a plus.

Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts.
