Talent Sourcing:
Identify, attract, and source potentialcandidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking,referrals, etc.).
Build and maintain a pool of qualifiedcandidates for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment & Screening:
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, andevaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule in-person or virtualinterviews with hiring managers.
Provide timely feedback to candidates afterinterviews and assessments.
Candidate Engagement:
Maintain positive relationships with candidatesthroughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and transparentexperience.
Provide candidates with detailed informationabout the company, role, and hiring process.
Job Postings &Advertisements:
Create and manage job postings on relevantplatforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency in job descriptions andrequirements.
Monitor the performance of job ads and adjuststrategies as needed.
Interview Coordination &Support:
Collaborate with hiring managers (DepartmentHeads) to understand their hiring requirements and timelines.
Assist in organizing and coordinatinginterviews, including logistical support for candidates and interview panels.
Onboarding Support:
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,including documentation, induction schedules, and orientation.
Ensure a smooth transition for new employeesfrom offer acceptance to their first day.
Recruitment Data &Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of recruitmentactivities, including candidate tracking and database updates.
Provide regular updates and reports onrecruitment progress, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and other keyperformance metrics.
Employer Branding:
Contribute to employer branding initiatives bypromoting the company culture and values to potential candidates.
Engage with social media and professionalnetworks to build a positive image of the company as an employer of choice.


Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in talent acquisitionor recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes,job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
Strong organizational and time-managementskills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projectssimultaneously.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulationsrelated to recruitment and hiring.
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
High attention to detail and a proactiveapproach to solving problems.
Desirable Qualities:
Proficiency in using social media platforms forrecruitment purposes (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Experience in interviewing and assessment techniques.
Familiarity with HR software and tools.
