Senior Executive - Financial Reporting

Role & responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for the following listed activities.

• Preparation of Statement of Contract Balances in JDE for all the JDE entities by collating inputs from the Project Controls
• Rolling out Monthly emails on SCB inputs, contracts closures & Modifications
• Preparation of JD Edwards based monthly MIS reports on Manhours, Cost, Unbilled, Revenue etc.
• Preparation of JD Edwards Overhead Reporting
• Uploading Budget, Forecast and Rolling Forecasts data in Planning Tool
• Comparison of Actuals with Budgets/Forecasts
• Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Updating Tagetik with the Lease Information
• Weekly charge numbers and Project numbers update in Utilization Power BI
• Downloading the Trial Balance and circulating the month end timetable with the entire Finance Team

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Minimum 2 years of Experience in Financial Reporting
• Good Systems knowledge
• Better Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Good communication skills to interact with Global Stake holders
