Job Opportunity - Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 10 years in the field. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating user-centered designs, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for enhancing user experiences. 

This role will involve close communication with clients and cross-functional teams, leading design initiatives, and driving innovative design solutions.

Must-Have Technical skills and experience

• Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation for web and standalone applications.
• Create user personas, user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results to enhance usability and overall user experience.
• Ensure design consistency and brand alignment across all digital platforms.
• Good working knowledge of Agile software development methodology
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Axure.
• Strong knowledge of web design standards and development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with design systems, style guides, and component libraries
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.

Soft Skills 

• Experience in managing and working with teams based in multiple geographies.
• Understanding of AI capabilities on the edge
• Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to handle feedback constructively and incorporate changes effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered mindset.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
