• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential candidates along with Naukri.
• Technical Screening: Conduct technical interviews assessing skills in programming languages (Java, Python, C#), frameworks (React, Angular), and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
• Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions that highlight technical requirements and company culture.
• Candidate Experience: Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to inform hiring strategies.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire) and implement data-driven improvements.
