Manager - Marketing

Executing Sales Strategy:
Assist Zonal Head in translating the overall sales strategy targets for zone to individual districts and regions
Communicate the sales targets in the form of Journey Cycle Plan to team of Sales Officers and oversee execution as per plan
Sales Operations:
Oversee Sales Officers, assign their periodic targets, guide them in activity planning
Analyse sales performance data for own team of Sales Officers to ensure course correction wherever required
Dealer Network management:
Support expansion of dealer network to maximize market penetration & sales volumes
Drive and oversee channel partner activation through drives and campaigns
People Management:
Drive a performance driven culture Set goals, review performance and provide feedback so as to ensure a motivated and committed team
Develop employee capability and build functional excellence through various learning and development interventions and mentoring initiatives
