Job Description:
People are our most important asset. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the one to ensure we have the right set of people who will fit into our culture and work towards our established mission and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Own the hiring strategy and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet their hiring goals and targets.
● Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, and job applications, and performing initial level screening.
● Maintaining relationships with the consultants/hiring partners and ensuring a robust candidate pipeline at all times.
● Take ownership of the interview process and the candidate's experience.
● Ability to apply innovative sourcing techniques to actively identify and engage top talent across a variety of technical roles.
● Constantly improve recruiting processes and develop innovative ideas around finding & attracting top talent.
● Data-driven thinking and systematic approaches to achieving operational excellence.
Skills & experience:
● Degree in Human Resources/related field.
● 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup is a must.
● Experience with Tech & Non-Tech hiring both is a must.
● Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
● Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Comfortable making decisions independently.
● Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines and targets.
● People-oriented and results-driven.
● Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
