Job Description
Job Summary
As a Corporate Finance Analyst at WN Infotech, your primary responsibility will be to support the companys financial decision-making processes and strategic initiatives. Youll analyze financial data, prepare forecasts, and provide insights to optimize the companys financial performance and capital allocation.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare financial models and forecasts to assess the companys financial performance and potential outcomes of business initiatives.
- Conduct financial analysis on investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor key financial metrics and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial information and insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification & Experience Required Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. 0 to 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related role. Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Knowledge of corporate finance concepts such as discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, capital budgeting, and valuation techniques. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred but not required. Experience in the technology industry or a similar sector is advantageous.
