- Experience with email segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of HTML for email template customization is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 0 to 3 years in email marketing roles, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
- Demonstrated track record of successful email campaign execution and optimization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Certifications in email marketing or related fields are advantageous
