Job Description

Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Manager at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team within your assigned region. You will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base within the assigned region.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth.
  4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales presentations, and campaigns to support sales activities.
  6. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  7. Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  1. Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
Qualification & Experience Required
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
  3. Experience in the IT industry or related field is preferred.
  4. Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
