Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team within your assigned region. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base within the assigned region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales presentations, and campaigns to support sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
- Experience in the IT industry or related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
