Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement customizations and integrations.
- Stay informed about Salesforce best practices, updates, and new features to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning App Builder.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with Salesforce in a business analyst or similar role.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
