Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management/Business Administration. A Master's degree is preferred with 12-15+ years of relevant experience in industrial sales, preferably in the Telecom/ battery/energy/storage industry.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales across key industrial segments such as Telecom, Energy Storage Systems ,Battery Energy Storage Systems and other customer domains. This role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in sales, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets.
- Expand market share in the Industrial Sales segments
Business Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and drive a culture of excellence and accountability.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to align business strategies.
Customer Engagement:
- Ensure a customer-centric approach by providing solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Manage long-term relationships with strategic partners and clients.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, R&D, and production teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
